It's not always going to be pretty. Sometimes, it hurts. Sometimes you're tired. So it anyway.
Tonight, I had to catch my weak mind trying to creep in so I could stay on track and complete the task my trainer gave me.
Maybe it's because we started an hour later than normal. Maybe it was from my workout last night. Or maybe it was just a bad day.
That's why it's important to do it anyway. I thought I was cooked after round 1. Then I did two more rounds. More evidence that my thoughts and feelings aren't true.
No excuses!
