Change your mind and your results change.
I kept telling myself I wasn't a runner, and I didn't like running.
Then I realized a lot of things I enjoy require that mode of transportation.
I shifted my mindset right then. I'm getting a lot of good runs in to go along with my workouts, and I'm already seeing the gains!
Do things with intention and the right mindset, and results will follow.
