Some people really don't think things through.
Yes, Ozzy did some things that are ill advised. He also sought treatment to stop those things and was largely successful for most of the last several decades. He was also fit for most of his life and recently began to work on his endurance again to be able to do his final concert series.
So, no, don't just ignore your health and do whatever you want. That's terrible advice. And it discounts the other healthy choices he made outside of the addictions.
It also doesn't account for the fact that Richard Simmons died after complications following an accident. I guess it's too difficult for people who want to justify their life choices to actually look into these things...
No excuses!
