First trifecta done. Next race weekend is coming up!
I knew my weak point was going to be the running. Now I need to put the work in to build that up. I just got to put the time in.
My recovery routines are pretty well dialed in, though. I was a little sore this morning, but I got a slow run in to work out the kinks. After I got home, I was able to do some shoulder rehab.
Feeling great right now!
