This is it, my final weekend to prepare for the season.
I waited a little too long to start running again, but my strength is way up this year. That will help me in the long term once I build up my running capacity.
I'm not beating myself up about it, either. I am just stating a fact and learning for the future.
Although my running isn't where I wanted it to be, I knew I had to build up my leg strength for this season. So, I made the decision to stick with that longer instead. It might not help me get to the podium early on, but it will be better for my long-term health.
