Practice makes perfect, right?
Nope!
Practice makes progress. But only if you practice with intention.
So many people like to say they are practicing a skill, yet they aren't making progress. That's because there's a difference between putting in time and actually practicing a skill.
If you do something wrong a thousand times without attempting to make a change, you're just getting better at being shitty at that skill.
True practice has specific intent behind it. That means showing up with a plan and reflecting on what you learn along the way.
What's the best way to know which category you fall under?
Ask yourself truthfully; are you making real progress at the skill or staying the same?
Reach out if you're in the latter category. I'm confident we can get you squared away, so this isn't a problem anymore.
No excuses!
