One small change to my workout tonight, and man, did it make a difference!
Not only were the box squats harder because of the distance change. The mental piece was way harder than I expected.
I had to talk myself out of quitting several times. I was cooked after 20, and from 30 on, I had to convince myself to do just one more set of 10 before I decided to quit again.
Eventually, I made it to 100... but that wasn't without a lot of internal conflict.
If I can learn these skills, you can learn them. Hit me up if you want to improve, but I don't know where to start.
