Movement and progress are not the same. You can do more than someone and not advance as fast. How is that possible?
It's simple. If you just show up and do the thing for a while, you will make some progress. The more you do it correctly, the more you advance. The more you do it wrong, the less you advance, or sometimes you might even get worse.
Yet someone else might come in and pass you putting in half the time you put in. That's because they seek feedback and spend less time doing the wrong thing or trying to figure out themselves. They get a coach or mentor and skip a lot of the early failures. They work with intent behind every move instead of simply racking up time and hoping for the best.
Want help skipping those failures? Let's talk.
No excuses!
