My physical therapists are amazing people! I learn so much from them.
Today, I was reminded one again of the mind/ body connection. Some of the things you think you can't do are simply because your body has forgotten how to move a certain way.
Activating the correct sequence with assistance from Marina really made a big difference today. I was able to feel it during my workout this evening, too.
Where in your life can you apply this? Maybe it's an actual body motion, too. Or maybe it's simmering m something else?
