Look, I get it. A lot of people don't know how to program a gym workout. Neither do I 🤣
I'm not interested in lifting like a body builder anymore. I did that in Afghanistan, but now I have different goals. I want to be ready to do just about any physical challenge someone wants to do at any time. So I train a lot of different things. I'm still getting stronger. I have a body I'm proud of. I'm very capable in many arenas. I also know I could specialize at any point and get really good at one thing. But that doesn't seem fun to me in the least.
Training doesn't need to be as complicated as people want to make it out to be. Humans are meant to run, walk, jump, climb, lift, push, pull, and carry. Do something that does one or more of these every day. Have fun with it. Make it challenging, but have fun with it!
