An uncomfortable truth. You are the product of your habits. Good, bad, or indifferent. Yes, being poor, overweight, sick, and sad are all results of broken or unproductive habits and thought patterns. Being rich, healthy, in shape, and happy are the results of productive habits and thought patterns.
If you're an adult, you have the ability to change any of these results at any time. But most will hold on to broken patterns and blame anything and everything to keep their victim card at the ready.
I've been ALL of that first list. I got there the same way. How did I change them all? By choosing better habits. By changing the way I think. By acting like someone who had those results. It's not complicated. It's not easy, but it's achievable if you put in the work.
