Being hungry is a skill most people no longer have.
I realized during my races in Atlanta that I was getting too comfortable being full again.
I decided at that moment that I was going on a cut so I could get comfortable with hunger again.
Notice I didn't say you have to starve. But being a little hungry and a bit uncomfortable at times is a good thing. It makes you appreciate things a lot more, and it's a great skill to have for your long-term health.
