Your sleeping problems aren't because of blue light. That's a gimmick to sell you more things.

Mid day naps during the brightest and hottest time of day have been practiced for centuries. It's not the light.

No. Your problems are the overstimulating of your nervous system. All the time you spend on your phone listening to music, podcasts, radio, news, etc. Your brain isn't designed to take on that much input and still maintain your functions.

On top of that, you are in constant survival mode, which further taxes your nervous system.

This leads to poor sleep, bad habits, and poor health in the long run.

It's a skill you can learn, though. It's a skill that will help you stay healthy and build resilience.
