Things don't get easier. You just get stronger.
I had to remind myself of this as I started my workout. Then I thought about how true it is for everything else, too.
It all comes down to skill, though. Nothing is hard, nor easy. You just have to learn skills that prepare you to deal with "heavy" things. They aren't easier. You get stronger, so you process it faster.
