It's easy to do, if you notice I did it here myself!
But, you are not your issues. You are not the habits that are not optimal.
When we use the language that we are those things, they guide our thoughts.
You are not those things, though. You may have moments where those behaviors, feelings, or conditions exist. Yet, that still doesn't make that your personality or identity.
Take away that label, and it's easier to see the bigger picture. You are much more than those things. You have so many moments where those things aren't even present! Focus on those moments!
