Over 45,000 steps in really less than two days while being in the air for over 10 hours with another 2 hour car ride to the resort. How? I didn't sit around doing what everyone else was doing. I just walked around the airports and enjoyed the fact I was able to do that. And when I got to the resort? I got after it and explored the area. Why else would I come ask this way if not to soak in the experience?
That's what losing weight and eating right does for you. It's not just about the look. It's about the energy you gain to go, go, go and take advantage of the opportunities in front of you without worrying about having the energy. You know you will because you train for it!
