I had to beat myself up a bit for giving in π
Only kidding, lol. I was in too big a deficit for the past two days, and my energy was low. So I indulged in a homemade treat.
That gave me the energy I needed to get after it when we got back to my mom's place. So I got a quick workout in before getting back to family time.
It was quick yet effective. 120 burpees, 50 push-ups, and 30 - 3 count crunches. There's always a way to get it in if you're willing to find a way!
No excuses!
