I had the little b****h mentality pop-up!

I didn't think I had enough time to get back before the time went off to finish out my hills today, so I took it easy at first. Then I remembered I did one in 30 seconds the other day. Oh, and that was also me being a whiny little b****h 🤣.

After that, I started running and just missed the timer. But I knew I owed myself a debt, so I completed another hill anyway.

It's what you do when nobody is looking that shows your character and true motivation. Those are the moments you build trust with yourself. If YOU can't count on you, how can anyone else?
