The sugar fast is underway! Lol
I did have a lot of energy, but I also felt gross for most of the day. It should be good for a couple of days, but this is definitely not a long-term solution.
I will say I wasn't hungry for most of the day. I felt a little bloated and full, so my lunch was very light. Dinner was too, lol.
I will say this makes me realize I need to add more carbs back into my diet, though. It's hard to explain, but there were things that felt a little better while others felt worse.
That tells me both this and the way I was eating recently are both deficient in something.
This is what I mean when I say you should experiment sometimes. Even when you find it isn't the solution, you could find a gap in your old ways, too.
Test, learn, refine, and implement. Keep moving forward!
