Can't figure out what to do in the gym?
Don't overthink things. Your body is enough weight for most things. Get it moving and hold in different positions.
Find movements and exercises online and try them out. If it looks fun to do, try it and see.
Unless you have a specific esthetic goal, you should just work on being more functional and doing whatever is fun and gets you moving.
Once you get stronger doing this, you'll find a program that fits the style of training you find draws you in.
Don't overcomplicate this, especially when you're just looking to get started.
