How do you handle a near tragedy? Keep going!
Well, mostly, 😂.
Tough, scary, or moments of fear sometimes call for a little more to handle them. In moments like these, we need to have a release and refocus routine.
Tonight, I experienced this as my attempt at a new move didn't go as planned. I didn't panic, though, because I have a routine to get going again when something like this happens.
This doesn't happen by accident. I put the routine together and practice it at times when I don't need it, just like any other skill. So when I did need it, I knew exactly what to do.
How would you have handled something similar? Panic or composure?
