Skipping a meal or two and going to be hungry isn't going to kill you.
In fact, it might actually help heal you.
The reality is that a lot of people overconsume food regularly.
We're taught to eat three square meals a day. Adults use language, saying they are starving when they feel a little hungry, which then gets ingrained in our minds that we need to eat constantly to live each day.
The reality is that food is energy. It's also the thing our bodies can go the longest without. It's not comfortable or easy to do, but you can do weeks without food and survive.
No excuses!
