Consistency is definitely a superpower.
My daily overhead presses and bicep curls felt way more crisp today than yesterday. I've been doing 50 a day with a sandbag for the last few weeks, and today was the first day it felt so clean.
That means my body finally adapted to it. My body realized this wasn't going away, so it made the adjustment. I have not reached a point of failure doing these. I haven't been extremely sore. I do enough weight that it's challenging, but not exhausting all energy.
There's a time and place for me intense training styles. And those require a different version of consistency, too. But this one works for me and my goals. That's what's important.
