I almost let a weak thought cheapen my workout tonight.
I caught it in time, though, and defeated it!
These thoughts will roll in constantly, and if you're not putting in the work to recognize them and defeat them, you aren't getting the most out of yourself.
The best part is, I got my new handstand record afterward, too! I'm up to 22 seconds on the hold!
