Most people think you can't train your body to recover faster. That's because "experts" tell you to take it easy when something hurts. But motion is lotion to your body.
When you regularly stop moving things just because they are sore, your body remembers that and plays the part. If you learn to move into and through that properly, however, you can teach your body it's safe to operate in that condition.
Use your brains natural tendency to your benefit and not your detriment. This helps you build your recovery capacity and gets you back to baseline quicker so you can keep growing.
