Consistency is a superpower!
Here's how I know.

In about seven weeks, I went from barely being able to get get my knees off my elbows in frog stance to being able to get inches away from a full press into a handstand!
In between, there were days that sucked. Days I didn't have much to give, but I showed up anyway. Active rest days off. Great training days. Mediocre training days. Two Spartan races in one day.
Progress isn't always linear, and you don't see the results the same day. Sleep and nutrition played a pivotal role, too.
But consistently showing up and putting in the reps works it's magic in the background. Before you know it, progress is made.
Stay consistent and put in the work, and you will reach your goals, too!
