When you stack intentional effort with consistency, there's very few things you won't be able to accomplish.
Think about this. A little over a year ago, I couldn't hold my own body up in a handstand while being against a wall.
Now, I'm holding a freestanding handstand for multiple seconds at a time. I'm not physically gifted. I just found a coach to help me learn a skill, then followed the program with consistent effort.
You can do the same with just about any skill. A coach can help you skip a lot of the pitfalls of trying it out on your own, but either way, you'll need to put the work in.
