I'm not the academic who only studied concepts and think I know because a book told me it could be real. Nah. I've been through way more shit than most people could or should deal with. I know my methods work because I've used them.

I'm upfront, too. It's not a quick or easy process. It's also not long or hard in the grand scheme of things. You control the results because only you can take the actions.
