The idea behind competition is to make each other better for the good of the group.

Now, don't get me wrong, I want to win. I'm evaluating where I need to improve and will put the work in to do just that.

But it doesn't mean I'm weak because I'm genuinely happy for the guys that crush it. I love competition, which means seeing someone compete at a high level is fun to me. Even if that means I lose.

It motivates me to do better, sure. But that doesn't mean it needs to piss me off.

No excuses!
