It's important to be able to review yourself without judgment.
What did I do well? Recognized my flaw, made an adjustment, and kept moving forward. I also completed all obstacles!
Layering and getting overheated was a big mistake. I'm still lacking in cardio. My hips and ankle need to get stronger.
These are all things I can put a plan together to improve. These aren't new. They just take time. I'll keep putting in the work and closing the gap.
No excuses!
