Recovery and health are a skill. I know, I'm a broken record.
This is important. I lot of people overlook this part of training.
Your body is designed to move a lot and to do it daily. It recovers best through movement, not rest.
Think back to when you were younger. You likely spent a lot of time in positions adults would comment about looking weird or painful.
They only get to be painful when you're older because you stop getting into those positions.
Do the weird movements. It keeps your body younger and helps you recover faster.
