Stay consistent for a year on anything, and you'll see so much growth that it'll seem unbelievable.

Getting started is the hardest part. I was scared of failing the Spartan Beast distance. I was attempting to push it further and further into the year.

Once I realized that, I signed up for the next one and went for it. Ready or not, I was going.

Turns out, I wasn't ready 🤣

I still find a way to get to the finish line.

Then, I learned from my mistakes and signed up for more challenges.
