As I come across new trends and methods, I like to get a few takes and perspectives on them before I try them out myself or tell other people to try them out.
I've heard a few takes on this that makes sense to me now, and I'm curious to see how my body responds.
I might try both an all fat few days and an all fruit or carb based couple of days.
I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
