Sprinting is hard, but so good for you. And just by adding it to your training, you can quickly become one of the 5% that still sprint 😉


Seriously, though. I've started adding this to my training. I'm nowhere close to being fast like I used to be, but it'll be fun to see my progression and to see how it helps me in my distance running efforts.
