How do you get through hard things?
One step at a time.
As I got closer and closer to finishing out this perfect jump rope day, the thought of messing up kept coming into my mind.
I had to CONTINUOUSLY tell myself to just focus on the next jump.
The thoughts will creep in. You will never be without them. But you can build routines to get past them and not let them control your mind and body.
Just like everything else, though, you have to put in the work to learn the skill!
No excuses!
