Dr. Uppal is an author, a speaker, and an activist for women's rights. Originally from East Indian, she currently resides in New York City as an infectious disease specialist. A survivor of both domestic abuse and workplace bullying, Dr. Uppal and is working to help others overcome their own experiences with sexual harrassment by sharing her story of overcoming as a female in a male dominated field.
