Tyler and Mike sit down with Russ Hill, senior partner at the firm Partners in Leadership.  Russ travels the world working with leadership and management teams to develop strong relationships centered on fulfilling and executing the mission of his clients’ organizations. In his day job he delivers world-class facilitation to personnel at all levels of an organization.  In this side gig as a RMIT guest, he shares his story.  Today, when Russ speaks (in his training work, his books, his podcast, etc.), the world listens but that wasn't always the case.  Check out his journey and the true principles that he lays down for everyone to chew on.
