Episode 71: Pinhoti 100 | Health Update| The Running Event

Race recap on the Pinhoti 100 miler which takes place in Sylacauga, Alabama.

It is a trail race from Heflin to Sylacauga through the beautiful Talladega National Forest. I provide a update on my running and cross-training plans for the rest of the year and Spring 2024 which includes the Bandera 100K.
The Running Event is the largest shoe trade show in the USA. I update my plans for the show which is three days at the end of November.
