Episode 11: Introduction to the Squadeasy Running App on Iphone and Android

This episode is a introduction to a fast growing online running team app called Squadeasy (formerly Squadrunner).  I discuss the concept, culture, and basics on getting started. It is a free app which is challenging and adds some extra fun into your running plans by letting you compete against other global teams while building team spirit with 20 team members. My discussion includes both universes (Squadrunner & Multisport).
