Brenna was born and raised in San Diego, California. She made Colorado her home on Winter Solstice in 2017 and has been helping the northern Colorado community obtain optimal health for 8 years. She is a lifelong learner and has a deep passion for helping people live their most optimal lives with empowering each and every patient in the human body’s ability to heal. She obtains results for her patients with education, empowerment, and evolving healthcare with every single treatment. Brenna truly enjoys watching her patients get their life back after believing they have no other options to heal.

She believes doctors and practitioners alike are to be a catalyst in individual healing, and should educate each patient on how to live their best life according to science and intuition, true integration! She believes in the power of education and proper treatment plans to help evolve the human body into an organism that will no longer get sick.
