G & S Counseling Services talks about the effects of Pandemic on Mental Wellness

George and Sharon Jones wrapped up our 3-part Mental Health and Wellness series. They shared with us the effects of the pandemic on our socialization as well as barriers to treatment and the stigma around seeking treatment. They have a non-traditional approach to therapy and their model is - meeting the client where they are in their process. They have no desks in their office, they say Bring everything to the table!
