104 - Thou Shalt Not Ratsach (murder) (7/5/1970)

July 5th, 1970. Murder is different than killing - based on motive of hatred and revenge. God has given government the right to kill. Capital punishment is justice for murder - not revenge. Murder happens in the heart even without killing. Use of military authority and force is permitted. Pacifism is not reguired. The Bible is the one book that can be laid on top of the US flag.
