Which feels heavier: obedience or presence?Pause and really feel that question. Notice your energy, your reaction, your body.

Core Teaching

* Obedience = fear-based compliance.

* Rituals or actions done out of obligation = hollow.

* Spirit doesn’t need performance—it wants presence.

* Alignment = moving in rhythm with Spirit, fully awake, fully yourself.

* Presence = energy, trust, action from insight, not fear.

Compare the energy:

* Obedience: heavy, restrictive, tied to guilt/shame.

* Presence: light, expansive, freeing.

Notice where your life has been moving from fear instead of alignment.
