The Law of Assumption is a principle commonly associated with the teachings of Neville Goddard, a prominent figure in the New Thought movement. It is a concept rooted in the idea that our assumptions and beliefs shape our reality, and by consciously choosing and embodying certain assumptions, we can manifest our desired outcomes.

According to Neville Goddard, the Law of Assumption operates on the basis that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. It suggests that our thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions create our experiences and circumstances. Goddard emphasized the power of imagination and visualization in shaping our reality. He believed that by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled and living in the end result, we align ourselves with the desired outcome and bring it into manifestation.

1.Cultivate a Clear Vision: The first step in using the Law of Assumption to manifest what you want is to create a clear and detailed vision of your desired outcome. Imagine yourself already in possession of what you desire and feel the emotions associated with it. For example, if you want to manifest a successful career, visualize yourself in your dream job, experiencing the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes with it. Feel the emotions of achievement and success as if it were already happening.


Practical Daily Practice: Set aside dedicated time each day for visualization and affirmation. Close your eyes, focus on your desired outcome, and imagine it as vividly as possible. Feel the emotions associated with it and repeat affirmations that reinforce your belief in the manifestation of your desire. Consistency and repetition are key to reinforce your assumptions and align your subconscious mind with your goals.

  1. Align Your Thoughts and Beliefs: To manifest what you want, it is crucial to align your thoughts and beliefs with your desired outcome. Pay attention to your inner dialogue and identify any limiting beliefs or doubts that may hinder your manifestation. Replace them with positive and empowering thoughts and beliefs. For instance, if you want to manifest a loving relationship, release any beliefs that you are unworthy of love and replace them with thoughts that affirm your deservingness of a fulfilling partnership.
