Ephesians 4:25-32 shows why anger isn’t just an emotional flare-up but is a spiritual issue that can oppose the work God is doing in us. Scripture calls us to be angry and not sin, but also warns that unresolved anger gives the devil a foothold, grieves the Holy Spirit, and shifts our focus away from God. We’ll look at how anger grows from bitterness in the heart, to verbal outbursts, to slander and why bitterness and love cannot coexist. You’ll be challenged to let go of wrath, choose forgiveness, and allow kindness and tenderheartedness to flow from a heart transformed by Christ’s forgiveness.
