Why Waiting For External Validation Is A Bad Idea

Seeking validation & approval from others is a waist of time and energy. Wouldn't it be amazing if you could give it to yourself? Let the compliments or "likes" be extra? Listen to hear my thoughts on this. Spoiler alert...I have a lot of thoughts haha.
