If you don't know now you know - BTS of the podcast

This episode is meant to give a little more insight into where I've been and how I got here. You'll hear how my struggle with my weight and body image fueled me to move into health coaching and fitness, how I presented my husband with the idea of starting a podcast, how I feel when people say "WE are pregnant" and so much more.
