Are we making things harder than they need to be?

When I tell myself something is hard it's literally the last thing I want to do lol. I love a challenge, I love a goal but "hard"...no thanks. Life throws us plenty of hard things so in the episode I want you to question if you're making things harder on yourself than they need to be.
