Hey there! I'm so glad to be back in action. If you haven't already heard my last episode, I shared briefly that I am returning after a little more than a year off. I had to take my own advice and focus on some things that were right in front of me. I also spent a year and a half deep-diving into getting my Clinical EFT certificate as well as a Tapping Out of Trauma and some further Stress Resilience coaching. What fun! The breakthroughs I have seen using these techniques have been incredible. It's been a gift for myself and those around me. 

In this episode, I share a little of that journey as well as an introduction to EFT and how it can help truly release stress, PTSD, and even physical pain.
