In this episode, I walk you through exactly what we do the steps we follow, and how we handle Kick-off day. This is the very first step inside our Phase 3 - implementation.

Kick-off day is a relatively new step we added into our Phase 3 because I found that we were really strong in Phase 1 and Phase 2 but Phase 3 would always be a little more wishy-washy and sometimes fall off the rail regardless of how much we planned.

I’m sharing this today on the day that I’m opening the doors to my signature course, Power of Process, to show you how processes can be streamlined but fluid over the years.
